10 things we (Bryan, Jeremy, and Zhibin) learnt as ICs

• Co-ordination is important to execute plans
• Thorough planning is essential for things to go smoothly (including small details like how to meet after an activity)
• It is important to take a pro-active role (like giving instructions) when needed
• Make yourself heard
• Communication is important, so we should ensure that there is a good way of communicating among ourselves
• Communication among us (the ICs) and between us and the rest are equally important
• Ensure that everyone knows what they have to do
• Always check that everyone is present (especially in crowded and unfamaliar places like London)
• Don't isolate anyone
• Enjoy yourself!!
